Learning about Autism Programme

The Learning about Autism programme is aimed at raising awareness and understanding of autism across the Early Years settings.

The website is www.autismwales.org and on the website you will find resources which have been developed in partnership with autistic people, parents and carers and professionals. The resources are aimed at increasing the knowledge, skills and understanding of autism for those working in Early Years settings.

Autism Awareness week this year is the 28th of March. Emma Wheeler and I will be offering a drop-in session on Friday 25th March 3.30pm-4.30pm to support your journey through the accreditation to becoming an autism friendly setting. We will talk you through the modules, resources and answer any questions you may have.
