Family Fund has grants available to support families in Wales who are raising a disabled or seriously ill child aged under 18, and who are living on a low income. Grant items include family breaks, outdoor play equipment, games, sensory toys, technology for the child and much more. Due to limited funding, this grant programme is only open between 12pm on Monday, 6 October and Monday, 3 November 2025
