The Cwm Gwendraeth Early Years Integration Team is funded by the Regional Integration Fund. We aim to strengthen communities in order to support families that have at least one child under the age of 5.
We aim to identify what family support services are already available and to facilitate new services by working with existing and new providers to improve provision in the Cwm Gwendraeth area.

UPCOMING EVENTS
Starting on Thursday 1st of May, Pontyates Hall will become a Baby Hub every Thursday morning.
Our team will be there running a Drop-in Baby Group, from 10 until 12, there will be closed Baby Massage and Baby Sensory sessions. There will also be free coffee and tea in the kitchen with a chance to chat about any questions, worries or queries you may have.
