Kelly Witts
I have been the coordinator of Tim Camau Bach since the team was formed in 2015. Prior to this I worked in a Respite Centre for 4 years and also in an Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties Unit for 12 years. I have a degree in Health and Social Care.
Andrea Blyth
I have worked in this role for the past 16 years, and now am a Senior in the team. Prior to that I worked with Swansea City Council as a childcare officer in a children’s residential home, then in a local authority day centre. After having my children I ran our local cylch meithrin. I am a qualified NNEB and also have a degree in Psychology.
Grant Rees
I have worked with Tim Camau Bach since Sept 2018; previous to this role I have worked as an Internal verifier and Health and Social Care Assessor with Coleg sir Gar. I have also worked with the authority as a family support worker.
Judy Lynch
I have worked in this role for the last 11 years. Prior to this I worked at a Children’s Hospice as a Play Specialist and Outreach Play Practitioner. I have a long background in working with children with a disability in a variety of roles and have qualifications in Education, Therapeutic play, Sensory development and Sensory issues as well as Managing Challenging Behaviour. I also trained with the RNIB so have a broad range of skills that could benefit many children and their families.
Outside of work I love to spending time and playing with my three new Grandsons and walking and training our 3 Springer Spaniels.
Suzanne Davies
I have worked for Tim Camau Bach since 2002. In 1997 I started working for the NHS on pilot project as a Play Worker in the Child’s Development Team. I have also worked as a 1:1 support worker for a child with a disability in an educational setting as well as working as an Assistant in the nursery. This is when I qualified for my NVQ 3 in Childcare Education. Over the years I have had numerous training in behaviour management; portage; sensory development and sensory issues; intensive interaction; language and play etc. I specialise as a worker for pre-schoolers.
Clare Griffiths
I have been with Tim Camau Bach for 10 years my previous roles were working in Glangwilli Hospital on the Cardiac ward and acute orthopaedic wards also Cilgerran Children’s ward.
I have two sons one of which has Autism who is 20 years old. In my spare time I also work in the residential child care home in Garreg Clwyd. Socializing with friends and watching my sons play rugby. Also walking our cocker spaniel dog.
Antonia Delli-Bovi
Before I joined the team at Tim Camau Bach, I worked with adults with learning difficulties, Home Start and the Education Welfare Service among others. I have experience in working in all 3 sectors and I enjoyed learning from each one. I have worked with Families for over 20 years, starting from setting up a Ginger-Bread group in Llanelli to becoming a foster carerI enjoy meeting new families and have been rewarded by being a part of many transitions where I have many cherished memories. I have recently gained a Diploma alongside childcare qualifications and training workshops relating to Families’ needs. I love to work in partnership with all Organisations and I love networking too.Outside of work, I like to volunteer and spend time with my Family and Friends
Owain Ashley-Jones
I initially joined Tim Camau Bach in 2018 as a Family Support Worker, before returning to the team as a Disability Intervention Worker in February 2022. Following studying Childhood Studies at Aberystwyth University, I joined the Children’s Disability Team, before moving to Tim Camau Bach. My experience and training predominately centres around behaviour management, anxiety support, sexual health and other disability support.
Outside of work, I am a big foodie, I enjoy gaming, socialising with friends and watching football. I am also involved with Carmarthen Town Football Club.
