Course Cancellations

We would like to remind you of our attendance policy for training sessions. Due to our limited funding and limited spaces available, it is crucial that you attend any training sessions you have booked. If you fail to attend without notifying us in advance, you will still be required to pay £50 for the course. This policy is in place because your absence takes up a space that could have been offered to another participant.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, so we kindly ask you to inform us (Family Information Service) via telephone (01267 246555) or email (childreninfo@carmarthenshire.gov.uk) , as soon as possible if you are unable to attend a training session you have booked. This will allow us to offer your place to someone else and make the best use of our resources.

Failure to inform the Family information Service will result in an invoice being issued.

*Please note that due to rising costs for training we no longer provide buffet facilities, could you please ensure you bring your own food and drink; sorry if this causes any inconvenience.

I just wanted to send you a note of thanks for all your work on FIS Carmarthenshire Website. I'm working on pulling together some information for a local initiative to educate children and teens on the consequences of drugs and alcohol. I'm working on preparing a pamphlet, and I've learned a lot from your page. I noticed that you had some really great resources. Well done!
