ADHD Workshop

6 Sessions – We have created a person-centred workshop that includes information and parenting strategies with an aim to develop parents’ understanding of ADHD, what a diagnosis of ADHD will mean to them and their children, alongside considering strategies to address some of the common behaviours that they may experience.
