Dont dad Alone

6 sessions. This group offers dads and males in a caring role the opportunity to meet with professionals from within Flying Start services as well as guest facilitators. The group covers a range of topics such as child psychology and speech and language, whilst also giving dads the opportunities to discuss mental health and wellbeing, child first aid and the importance of looking after themselves physically. The group aims to do this within a relaxed and safe environment.
