Parents Plus Early Years

6-12 sessions Parents plus early years is a universal programme for parents of children aged 1 to 6 years including those with additional needs. It is a practical, solution-focused course that builds on parent strengths- looking at attachment & relationships, managing tantrums and meltdowns, communication & learning, problem solving challenges, reducing own stress, promoting children’s self-esteem and wellbeing, and establishing positive daily routines.
