The Healthy Families programme is relevant to all areas of modern family life. The 8 sessions cover routines, screen time, mealtimes, exercise and sleep and gives tools to address these in a positive and realistic way.

10 sessions - These sessions promote emotional health and mental wellbeing. They help us as parents to understand and manage feelings and behaviour positively. The team will call you to book you on and confirm the date time and venue.
