Family Engagement Workers

Family Engagement Workers support families with children aged 5 – 16 years old if there concerns around regular school attendance and punctuality.

They work with families to identify why children/young people are experiencing problems or barriers to learning  and help plan how their attendance could be improved.

The staff at the office dealing with emails and phone calls are very prompt in answering questions and getting back in touch. I'm very impressed by their work ethic and how kind they are to speak to. I whole heartily thank you very much for your support so far.
