This group is for dads and other male caregivers. You’ll meet with people who work with Flying Start as well as special guests. We will discuss things like:
- Speech and development
- Mental health and wellbeing
- Child first aid
- How to look after yourself

Baby Massage and Yoga

Baby Massage and Yoga
This group is for parents with babies who are 8 weeks old or older. Over 6 sessions, you will learn how to:
- Relax with your baby
- Give your baby a basic massage
- Help your baby sleep, and ease colic and wind
- Soothe your baby
Peek a Boo!

Peek a Boo!
A new group for parents and babies under 6 months old. In 6 sessions, you will learn how your baby communicates their likes and dislikes. We will use music, songs, movement, bubbles, and books to help connect with your baby and have some quality fun together. You’ll also meet other parents and carers.

Over 6 sessions, this group will help you learn about your own stress and emotions. You’ll learn how to deal with your feelings and help your children with theirs. We’ll also talk about how to be strong and bounce back from challenges.

Over 12 sessions, this course will help you understand how your mind works and how your beliefs change your behaviour. We will use psychology to help you think differently about parenting and any goals you have in any area of your life.

In 16 sessions, this group will help you improve your relationship with your child’s other parent and manage stress. This will help your child’s wellbeing and success.
